Gurney, General Manager: Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Michigan.
With over 15 years as a production manager in the surface finishing
industry, he has been responsible for quality, planning, installation,
service, purchasing, shipping and receiving.

Dave Dufendach, Chief Engineer: Mechanical Engineering Degree from LeTrouneau College, Longview, Texas. With eight years experience in the blasting industry and over 20 years in designing and building specialized machinery. Dave has been involved in quoting, design, detailing, customer relations, installation/training/service trips, assembly, controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, machining and welding. Dave's primary resposibilites are machine design, quote review and oversight of machine assembly.
